Thursday, May 29, 2008

New Line of Silicon Protection Arrays --
SP1000 Series for ESD Protection

The SP1000 Series is the latest Littelfuse SPA, designed for ESD protection of a wide range of electronic products. Surface Mount packaging and small size allows them to be mounted close to input ports for optimal high-level overvoltage protection.

The SP1001-xx range provides unidirectional protection for up to five channels, while SP1002-xx protects one channel having bidirectional (AC) signals, such as those found in mobile phone network adapters and audio equipment.
