IRC Joins Forces with Semelab, Inc. in North American Sales of Semiconductors, Power Modules, Sensors and RF MOSFETs
LAS VEGAS, NV (May 12, 2009) --TT electronics IRC, a leading manufacturer of resistor technology and integrated passive components, will represent Semelab, Inc. for North American sales and distribution of Semelab's complete product offering. Acquired by TT electronics in August 2008, Semelab designs, packages, tests and supplies discrete semiconductors, power modules, RF MOSFETs and sensor products to the high reliability, aerospace, medical and communication markets.
"Semelab's semiconductor product offering is an excellent complement to IRC's high reliability resistive product capabilities, and with more than 33 years of development, design and manufacturing expertise, this partnership allows us to serve customers with a comprehensive range of active semiconductor products," said Steve Wade, director of sales and marketing for IRC.
"Semelab has extensive manufacturing capabilities and holds more than 30 million die in stock, allowing us to provide customers with both standard and custom components in extremely short lead times," Wade continued.
IRC will offer Semelab's complete product offering in North America, including:
· MOSFETs: RF, modules, hermetics and diamond performance FETs;
· Bipolar: transistors, hi-rel arrays, and traditional metal packages;
· Modules: IGBTs, customer power, multi-chip arrays and opto-sensor;
· Diodes: hi-rel discrete, diode modules, C3-class, diode arrays and gallium arsenide;
· Hi-Rel Voltage Regulators: low drop-out, +/-50V/ +/-60V, dual voltage;
· Opto Sensors: hybrid emitters and detectors, and photodiode arrays.
