IRC's MIL-Qualified Thick Film Resistors
Product: IRC's MIL-Qualified Thick Film Resistors
Manufacturer: TT Electronics
BOONE, N.C. (April 10, 2008) -- For military/aerospace design
engineers who require high-reliability, MIL-qualified components for ultra-high voltage and resistance values, IRC provides a line of resistors with voltage ratings up to 20,000V and resistance range
from 330K? to 1G?. Designated as IRC's CMH Series, the thick film resistors are qualified to MIL-PRF-49462 .

The CMH Series MIL-qualified thick film resistors are specified
for a variety of high reliability applications including military
communications, radar equipment, high-voltage power supplies and medical electronics; as well as any high-voltage circuit requiring a high reliability power resistor.

As MIL-qualified devices, the CMH Series resistors are exempt from RoHS compliance; however, IRC offers a RoHS-compliant commercial version of the resistor under the CGH Series designation.

The CMH Series resistors feature maximum power ratings of 1/4W to 5W at 70°C, with working voltage ratings from 750 to 20,000V(DC continuous working voltage); resistance range is from
330K? to 1G? (1000M?), with tolerances to ±1% and TCRs to ±100ppm/°C.
