*Maximum turn-on time (tq) as low as 25 µs
*Minimum rated static dv/dt of up to 75 V/µs

The EV Series is a five-fold improvement over earlier thyristors of this type, minimizing the need for additional snubber devices. Available in a range of gate sensitivities and packages, they are pin-to-pin compatible with models already in use.
