The new SP03-6 combines a TVS diode with a diode rectifier bridge to provide both longitudinal and differential protection in a single package. This innovation results in a capacitive loading characteristic that is log-linear with respect to the signal voltage across the device, delivering reduced intermodulation distortion for high-speed data lines as compared to typical solutions.
Packaged in a SO-8 surface mount package, the SP03-6 is ideal for high-speed applications such as 10/100/1000 BaseT Ethernet, T3/E3 DS3 interfaces, ADSL2+, and VDSL2+. |
